How does our process compare to the competition?

1. Free no-obligation estimating process consists of a walkthrough of the property and or the specified space.

2. You choose the colors and or type of work to be done.
​
3. Upon acceptance from the customer we work to get you into the calendar as quickly as possible .
​
4. Expert preparation of the surrounding areas to be painted. This can be rotten wood repair, wood restoration, scraping and sanding, mildew and mold removal, paint removal, pressure washing, and Drywall repair to name a few.
​
5. Painting of the home is the best part as we work to transform your living spaces and or the exterior of the home into a beautiful new area enriching the look and ambiance of the home.

6. Final walkthrough and inspection with customer. We want to make sure you are happy with the finished product .

Please note that at every job site our safety and yours is top priority. As such we ensure cleanup of all tools and painting materials used each day.
We take pride in our painting process, we prime and prep all areas being painted, we fill gaps with caulk and rip out the old used caulking and replace it with a new bead. All surfaces are painted with the highest quality Benjamin Moore paints, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Stain
woodwork requires a replacement we will replace the wood. Also, we will make recommendations for replacement millwork pieces in moist areas moving from a mdf board to a solid wood piece.
Finally, we stain to ensure a beautiful finish. Once staining is complete we will do a walkthrough of the finished product and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
J&C Quality Services offers multiple staining services. Staining is an important part to protect your wood surfaces from the environment or provide a refresh to millwork, doors, decks, fences, woodwork, and cabinets.
Process
​
If we are working on the exterior of your home, we will sand and scrape the surface as needed. This is done to remove loose paint, gunk, or dirt, allowing our stain to adhere and penetrate the wood.
We then move to the power wash, as we need to ensure a clean surface is ready for staining.
Sanding is the next part of the process and only done as needed to areas that are in need of creating a smooth surface or transition.
Please note we will also replace any wood boards and or siding as needed on the exterior of the home. The same will go for the interior if millwork and or other

Top of the line pressure washing services are also available. We thoroughly clean driveways, homes, decks, and other exterior areas as needed.
